The replacement of the bridge at Orangeburg Road over CSX Tracks in Orangeburg, NY required the relocation and replacement of the water main supported by the existing bridge. BS&J completed the design for the temporary relocation and permanent replacement of the water main.

This unique project required the replacement of the pumping station building superstructure and electrical improvements while maintaining operation. A temporary pumping station was designed, furnished, tested and placed in operation while the building structure of the permanent station was replaced. BS&J designed and permitted the rehabilitation which was completed in February 2016.
