A leak at a 102 inch diameter prestressed concrete pipe joint required immediate repair. J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc., Repair Welding, and BS&J worked together with NJDWSC accessing the condition from inside of the pipe to evaluate the affected joint and joints upstream and downstream. The repair was completed from inside the pipe and did not require excavation. It included a full circumferential structural and seal weld, and J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc. installed In-Weg® seals at this joint and an adjacent joint.
