Greene Environmental Consultants Inc., BS&J is providing engineering services related to permitting including: NJDEP – Permit To Construct/ Modify/Operate Public Water Works Facilities; Land Use Regulatory Program (LURP) – Flood Hazard Area Individual Permit With Hardship Exception And Riparian Zone Compensation Plan, Freshwater Wetlands Letter Of Interpretation (LOI), Special Activities Transition Area Waiver For Redevelopment (SA-TAW); NJDEP – Water Quality – Treatment Works Approval , Non-Point Pollution Control Discharge Stormwater To Surface Waters Of The State (During Construction & Permanent), Toxic Catastrophe Prevention Act (TCPA) – Risk Management Program Modification, Discharge Prevention (DPCC/DCR) Program – Plan Modification; Monmouth County Planning Board – Site Plan Approval; Colts Neck Township – Zoning Board Of Adjustment and Planning Board – Zoning Variance And Site Plan Approval; Colts Neck Township Building Department – Construction Permit (Certificate Of Approval/ Occupancy); Township Of Middletown Sewerage Authority – Wastewater Management Plan Amendment, and Sanitary Sewer Connection; Freehold Soil Conservation District – Soil Erosion And Sediment Control Plan Certification. Construction of the Clearwell and Pumping Station is anticipated in 2017.
