Buck, Seifert and Jost, Inc. (BS&J) was retained by Veolia Water New Jersey, Inc. (VWNJ) to provide Design Services related to the construction of a structure to cover outdoor pumps at the Western Water Storage Reservoir in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.

After receiving the approvals from the Planning Board, obtaining the necessary permits, and securing contractors for the project through the bid process, the building of the structure began in 2020 and was completed by 2022.
