Buck, Seifert and Jost, Inc. (BS&J) was retained by Veolia Water New Jersey, Inc. (VWNJ) to provide Design, Permitting, Drawing, and Technical services to support the additional storage volume of water treatment chemicals at the Haworth Water Treatment Plant (HWTP) in Haworth, New Jersey.

Due to property size restraints, to meet this NJDEP regulation, additional tanks needed to be installed at the HWTP property in a location that was previously used for a different purpose.

BS&J’s design included considerations for HVAC, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical Containment, Building Enclosures, Fire Safety, and Storage Tank specifications.

The construction of the storage facility began in 2022 and was completed in 2023.
