Buck, Seifert, & Jost, Inc. (BS&J) was retained by Veolia Water New Jersey, Inc, in 2021 to design a replacement below grade hydropneumatic tank and modify the existing vault wall by installing a steel sleeve to allow for future tank replacement, and not impose structural loads on the ASME pressure vessel.

BS&J’s design consisted of installing a temporary hydropneumatic tank with cold weather protection to function and maintain operations while the existing tank was removed.

The project was completed, and the new tank was put into service in March 2024
