Buck, Seifert and Jost, Inc. (BS&J) was retained by the Aquarion Water Company of Connecticut (AWC) for Design, Bid, and Construction Management Services for the replacement of the Bargh Culvert located in Stamford, Connecticut. Demolition of the existing culvert and access road, installation of a new culvert and access road, and new ductile iron piping were all included within the project scope.

A construction pre-bid meeting was held in September and project bids were received in October 2023. The new culvert and access road was built in April 2024, and the remaining landscape work will be completed by the end of Summer 2024.
